This one is for the asset management consultants, infrastructure project managers and asset owner engineers in the room.
You know critical infrastructure. You've lived the world of physical inspection, PDF reporting, capital planning and condition monitoring, and you understand how owner operators actually make decisions across their engineering, capital works and asset management teams.
We're looking for someone with exactly that background to step into a customer success role at Trendspek. This is a deliberate bet. We'll teach you the success craft. Your domain knowledge is the hard part to find, and you already have it. If you've ever wondered what it looks like to take your experience into technology, this is the way in.
Trendspek creates digital twins of the world's most critical infrastructure assets. Engineers log in from anywhere and inspect, measure, mark up, and plan in full 3D, on structures you'd normally need a harness and hard hat to get near. Our customers are household names in energy, ports, and infrastructure. The assets in our platform are ones you've driven past, flown over, or read about on the news.
We've built something genuinely new, and we're just getting started. V3 shipped. Strong funding in. We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across these critical infrastructures.
You'll co-own each account with an Industry Lead and a technical solutions specialist. Your focus is moving each customer up our maturity model, from physical, assumption-led inspection to evidence-based decisions in 3D. When you've proven the value and an expansion opportunity is clear, your Industry Lead leads the sale.
The domain, first and foremost. You've spent time in asset management consulting, infrastructure project management, or inside an asset owner or engineering firm, and you understand the lifecycle: inspection, maintenance, capital planning and condition monitoring. This is what matters most, because it's the part we can't teach.
You're good with people. You can build trust with engineers and executives, navigate across engineering, capital works and asset management teams, and move a conversation forward without pushing.
You want to learn customer success. You don't need prior CS experience. Our Head of CS, playbooks and maturity model will build that craft with you. What we need is the curiosity and drive to learn it.
You're commercially aware. You can see where value and expansion sit, build the business case, and set your Industry Lead up to close it.
You can follow an engineering conversation and translate it into what it means in Trendspek. You don't have to be an engineer.
Stage progression and account health. Use our customer health and maturity model to find the highest-value next stage for each account, drive the work to get them there, and read early churn signals before they grow.
Onboarding and value delivery. Use our playbooks to train and enable customer teams, local and global, and bring engineering, operational maintenance and capital works teams together around the platform.
Expansion and commercial handoffs. Spot expansion signals, new assets and new user groups, build the value proof story across the lifecycle, and hand the opportunity to your Industry Lead to close.
Stakeholder management. Build, hold and influence senior stakeholders so Trendspek has advocates across the customer's departments.
Exposure to digital tools, 3D, BIM or asset data platforms
Familiarity with asset management maturity frameworks such as ISO 55000
Any prior customer-facing or advisory experience
Do work that matters. Ports, refineries, bridges, energy facilities. Engineers used to risk their lives inspecting these assets. You get to influence the customer teams that changed that.
Digital adoption is accelerating across the industry, be on the forefront
Work with a good team across Sydney and the Philippines, on a hybrid model. You're joining at a stage where the framework exists but the role is still yours to shape. Small enough that your ideas land fast, established enough that you're not building from nothing.
Your growth is our growth. With three industry verticals and a maturity model that's still maturing, there's a long runway to grow from CSM into a more senior CS leadership track.
